Maria Marta Colusi was born in 1970 in Buenos Aires. She studied dance at the dance school of Teatro San Martin. She was a member of the Contemporary Ballet Teatro San Martin and worked with Roxana Grinstein, Ana Maria Stekelman (Compania Tangokinesis) and Oscar Araiz. She has performed at festivals in Brazil, Argentina, Europe and North America. In the United States she studied contemporary dance and composition in the American Dance Festival. In January 2001, she gained a scholarship with the Fondation Antorchas in France. Her first piece »Doigt couleur Carmin« was premiered in Buenos Aires in 2001. In Berlin, she studied with David Moss at the Institute of Living Voice. Maria Marta Colusi has been working with Sasha Waltz & Guests since 2002 dancing in such pieces as »insideout«, »Impromptus«, »Gezeiten«, »Dido & Aeneas«, »Medea«, »Travelogue – Twenty to eight«, »Jagden und Formen«, »Continu« and »Métamorphoses« and she participates in various »Dialoge«-projects by Sasha Waltz.

Lena Soon-hee Meierkord, born 1976 in Korea, studied dance at P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels. Since she has worked with a.o. Jo Fabian/department. LaborGras, Cie Toula Limnaois, Irina Pauls/Leipziger Tanztheater, Karine Ponties/Cie Dame de Pique, LOD/Laurence Malstaf and Dominique Pauwels, Tamer Yigit, Laurie Young. She collaborated with other artists and was invited as artist in residence to Tanzhaus Wasserwerk in Zurich, fabrik Potsdam, Tanzfabrik Berlin, Festival des 7 collines St. Etienne, Künstlerhaus Ahrenshoop. Since 2007 she is teaching for Tanzzeit Stralsund. „(making of) District“ a collaboration with Korean Choreographer Hyoung-min Kim was presented at Tanztage Berlin 2009, Dock11 Berlin, XtraFrei Festival Bremen, SIDance (Seoul International Dance Festival), IETM Berlin 2010.

Su-Mi Jang (South Korea) is a dancer, choreographer and performer living and working in Thun(Switzland) and Berlin (Germany). In 1996 she received her BFA in dance at Chungang University in Seoul (South Korea) and MA for performingart & visual media and continued studied choreography & stage dance at the Folkwang Hochschule in Essen (Germany). In the 2002 she worked as a dancer with Hans Werner Klohe, Rudolpho Leoni, Joachim Schloemer, Philipp Eglie and Sasha Waltz, and from 2006 to 2009 she was a member of the PVC (physical virus collective) in Freiburg (Germany), where she also worked as a choreographer. She created her solo piece "now where" (2007), which started her choreographic work at PVC and continued the solo dance piece "Die Beschenkten" (2010) and while she was member of PVC she created pieces with amtor. She was performing at privat houses, improvisations with musicians and collaborated with several different artists. She moved to Berlin in 2009 and it became her artistic home. She had a residency at the Theatre Freiburg by PVC where she created a new piece with Christoph Oertli (video) and Thomas Jeker (sound) as well as site-specific creations and installations with amtors in 2012. Su-Mi Jang seeks to work in improvisation, movement rescherch projects and body installation in unconventional spaces. Input from Rosalind Chrisp, Renate Graziadei and Julian Hamilton.

Nikolas Neecke, born in Freiburg (Germany). At the age of seven starting with Violinlessons at the Academy of Music in Basel. After finishing A-Levels taking some Basic Studies at the Scool for Art and Design in Basel 93/94. 1995-2000 Studies in Audio-Design in the Elektronic Studio at the Hihgscool of Music in Basel with Diploma. Working as freelancer in Sounddesign, Composing and Production of music for different purposes so as Silent Movies, Videoinstallations, Fashionshows, Lectures and Theater. Giving concerts with the formations "Octopus" (www.weareoctopus.ch) and as soloartist in the fields of Techno/EBM/Elektronica and Neue Musik. Also on the road as "Autonomous Orchestra" with a bunch of circuit bent instruments. Together with Gilbert Engelhard realisation of interactive Soundinstallations that are presented under the label SONOgames (www.sonogames.ch).

Miles Perkin is a Canadian musician from Brandon, Manitoba. A bassist, composer, improvisor, songwriter and interpreter with a strong focus on using improvisation as a tool which maintains, respects and enhances compositional structures. He uses a unique combination of conventional, extended and invented techniques along with unconventional tools to coax a vast palate of sounds from his double bass. He currently leads two ensembles: One is the Miles Perkin Quartet with French pianist Benoit Delbecq, British trumpet player Tom Arthurs, and Canadian drummer Thom Gossage – and the other is an ensemble of 6 musicians based in Montreal, Canada called Common Thread. He has released 4 CDs under his name, and has appeared on more than 25 other recordings. His work has been recorded and broadcasted by CBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 3. Miles performs as a soloist and is a frequent creator of music for dance, theater and film. Past collaborations include Van Grimde Corps Secrets (Dance, CA), Schaubuehne Berlin (Theater, DE), Jens Biedermann (Dance, CH), Berit Jentzsch, (Dance, DE), Julyen Hamilton (Dance). Miles is involved in a wide range of Canadian and European based musical projects including: Steve Raegele Trio, Thom Gossage Other Voices, 'Glue' trio with Tom Arthurs & Yorgos Dimitriadis, 'LPK' trio with Philippe Lauzier & Robbie Kuster, Peter Van Huffel Quartet, a Berlin/ Canadian band called 'Yellowknife', a trio with Achim Kaufmann & Samuel Rohrer, and several other projects. He has supported and collaborated with many artists covering an extremely wide range of musical styles, philosophies and influences. Some examples include: Lhasa de Sela, The Barr Brothers, Joe Grass, Tobias Delius, Michael Moore, Nicole Lizee, Bob Brookmeyer, Steve Swell, Magda Mayas, Christine Sehnauoi, David Binney, Thomas Heberer, Jorane and many others. Education: MA (2010) - UDK (Jazz Institut), Berlin; BMUS (2004) - McGill University, Montreal. Lessons/ Workshops/ Masterclasses with: Greg Cohen, Mark Helias, Mark Dresser, Dave Douglas, John Hebert, John Hollenbeck, Dietrich Eichmann. Miles Perkin uses PIRASTRO double bass strings.

Thomas Jeker, Schweiz/Basel
He studied guitar, bass and shakuhachi at the conservatories of Bern and Basel. He composes music for dance, theater and video productions in Switzerland, Germany, France, Sweden, Egypt, Australia, etc., including works with Joachim Schloemer (Freiburg/Breisgau), Odile Duboc (Mapateatro Paris/Geneva, Bogota) and Felicitas Brucker (Schauspielhaus Hannover).
